This sweet boy is eager to bring joy to his forever family, whether it’s a stroll through the neighborhood, a splash in his favorite kiddie pool, or a game of fetch that he insists on winning every time. When he’s not playing, Cooper is the ultimate snuggle buddy, happy to curl up by your side for some love and attention.
