Alaskan Malamute mix

Reni is a Malamute puppy who just turned a year old in December. House broken and crate trained, Reni is learning how to be calm indoors, patience for food and play. Long walks or time to run around in a fenced yard is a daily need. She likes to throw toys to herself and often can be found with one remaining on her head once exhausted.

She is nervous when first meeting new people, but spend 30 minutes with her and this malamute's true self comes out in a playful buddy who just wants head scratches, body rubs, and treats. Like with humans, she eventually gets along well with other happy-go-lucky dogs but is still learning their body language. Close supervision and frequent potty breaks are encouraged.

For the present time The Buddy Foundation is not adopting dogs outside of the state of Illinois.
